We truly enjoyed this nicely appointed hotel with very efficient and incredibly helpful staff on the manner of their staff. We have booked single room for 4 nights, everything was really good, it had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The food was good - a lot of options

The room for 3-4 people is very big compare to others hotel in Japan. Recommened if you travel with group of friends or family.

It's near the train station also it's very central to everywhere .
No wifi in the room and lobby wifi is super slow I do understand we are staying in the smoking room but the smell of the cigarette is very strong. They should put refresher in the room.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the close proximity to the beautiful Odori Park and excellent dining options nearby, made my city strolls all the more good.

Hotel was very well appointed. Staff were very helpful. Room clean and reasonably spacious for a single in Japan. Very close to the main jr station.
No wifi in the room was annoying, though the reception area was fine for that.

Location is great, close to the train station. The room was clean and spacious, accommodating two medium suitcases easily. Staff was friendly and spoke English. I appreciated the convenience of having nearby restaurants and a vending machine. Breakfast buffet had a diverse selection 👍

The position is excellent, just 100 meters away form Sapporo Train Station. All the employees are hospitality, rooms are very clean.
The rooms are so small, there's no English or Chinese TV.
